Fundamental to Integra’s core values is the consistent and unwavering respect for human rights of all people across the globe.

We, as Integra, will not be complicit in any human rights violations, and we hold our suppliers and partners to this same high standard. Integra’s standards and expectations are informed by international standards and conventions including, among others: Universal Declaration of Human Rights, UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, UN Global Compact, Rio Declaration on Environment and Development, UN Convention Against Corruption, the UN Conventions on Rights of the Child, and fundamental conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO).

This Human Rights Commitment extends to all Integra team members as well as our suppliers. Integra requires all team members to adhere to these principles and to all other policies, practices and procedures, and to the Integra Code of Conduct.
