I like the challenges that Integra LifeSciences Corporation has offered me as well as the opportunity to succeed in my position.  I thoroughly appreciate the open door policy of my supervisor and the camaraderie with my team members.  In addition, there is also a willingness to share knowledge within all departments.

There are many great things about Integra, but the main reason I enjoy working here is the support, respect, and open communication between everyone.
